She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Small and Maureen Small; and her parents-in-law, Harold and Alice Mahaffy. She is survived by: her husband Norman Mahaffy; her children, Linda Martin, David Mahaffy (Michele), Nadine Mahaffy-Ford (late Allan) and Darrell Mahaffy; her great grandchildren, Noah and Madelyn Ford; her stepmother Ellen Small; her siblings, Gordon Small (late Ellen), Glen, Terry Small and Dale Small (Wendy); and her siblings-in-law, Donald Mahaffy, Dorothy Cooper (late Russell) and Bryand Mahaffy. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family appreciates donations to the Alzheimer's Association.
