He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Kelly and Helena Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Grace Kelly; his children, Douglas Kelly, Beverly Chandler (Bill), Deborah Finzgar-Snow (Reg) and Bradley Kelly; his brother Roy Kelly; and his pet Princess.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations in memory of Francis may be made to Alzheimer Society of Canada.
