With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Frederick John Hacker (Cambridge, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 26, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Sr. and Irene; and his siblings, Janice and Paul. He is survived by: his wife Marla; his children, David (Robin) and Glen; his grandsons, Jonathan (Melissa) and Jason (Jenna); his great grandchildren, Nolan, Hayley, Ethan, Colby and Eric; his sister Beryl (Harv); and his sisters-in-law, Jeannine and Jeanette.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Barthel Funeral Home (566 Queenston Rd, Cambridge, ON N3H3J8). A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada, the Canadian Lung Association or a charity of your choice, would be appreciated by the family.
