Gary Blumenthal Obituary

Gary Blumenthal passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Saturday, January 7, 2023, at Grand River Hospital (Freeport Campus) on his 67th year.

Gary beloved husband of D. Dimech Blumenthal, loving son of Hans Jurgen, late mother Katherine, father to Jason (Valerie), Jessica (Michael) and Sarah (Joseph). Sibling to: John (Vita), Christine (Eric) (the late son Kevin Percival), Linda (the late Bruce MacKay) and Peggy (Lori). To sisters and brothers in-law: Grace (the late Guido Delmar), Rose (Horst), Frances (the late Joseph Farrugia), Paul (Donna), Charlie (the late Darlene Dimech), Marlene (Orlando), Joyce (Carlo) and Tania (Nick), Granddad to grandchildren: Brianna, Madison, Diego, Lucy, Carter and Margot.

He will be sadly missed by his Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nephews and Nieces and great- nephews and nieces.

Visitation at St Paul's Lutheran Church on Saturday, January 14, 2023, at 10:00 AM until, 11:00, then funeral service until noon. Followed by 'Celebration of Life' downstairs, in the church hall.

There will be refreshments, 'open mic' for anyone to say a few words.

In Lieu of flowers and on behalf of Gary donations to the Hamilton Health Sciences.

Reception to follow immediately following the Service.
