He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mandzuk and Irene Prokopchuk; and his sister Mary. He is survived by: his children, Dale Martin (Andrea), Sheila Kinzie (Brian) and Sharyn Cortes (Mark McGloggan); his niece Cindy McDonald; and his nephew Larry Kaludjer (Jan).
