He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Joseph Ford and Daphne Ford; his aunts and uncles, Winnie Quinlan, Leonard of North Bay and Pat Souza (late Donald); and his grandparents, William, Jessie Ford, Charles and Minnie Morgan.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Ford; his children, Jennifer Charlton (William "Bill"), Tracy Ward (Daniel) and Christopher Ford; his grandchildren, Kayla Charlton, Joshua Charlton, Sophia Ward and Caleb Ward; and his aunts and uncles, Bert Morgan (Nell) of Newfoundland, Angus Morgan (late Diane) of Cambridge, Cyril Morgan (Maxine) of Newfoundland, Frank Best (late Betty) of Nova Scotia, Evelyn Caron (Claude) of Cambridge and Rose Rose of Barrie.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Corbett Funeral Home (95 Dundas St N, Cambridge, ON N1R5N6). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Mount View Cemetery (80 Blenheim Rd, Cambridge, ON N1S4H8).
As an expression of sympathy, donations made to the Cambridge Memorial Hospital Foundation or the Heart & Stroke Foundation, would be greatly appreciated by the family.
