Gerald Gordon Brinston Obituary

We are sad to announce that on July 24, 2022, at the age of 69, Gerald Gordon Brinston (Cambridge, Ontario), born in Corner Brook, Newfoundland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Muriel Brinston; and his granddaughter Brooke. He is survived by: his children, Kelly Bartlett (Matt) and Jamie Ontiveros (Jon Ingi); his grandchildren, Nicole Goad, Ryan Goad, Jake Bartlett, Anita Ontiveros, Sammi Ontiveros, Benni Ontiveros and Oli Ontiveros; his great grandchild Rosalie Huynh; his father Richard Brinston; and his siblings, Harvey Brinston (Ann), Edie Gillis (Dominic) and Kathy Leroy (Yve). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and many many friends.

As a tribute to Gerald, in lieu of flowers, consider making an appointment to give blood – it is vital to those fighting cancer. Memorial donations would also be appreciated in his memory to the Canadian Cancer Society.
