He was predeceased by: his significant other Karen; his parents, Ella Lush and Jean Wiley; his siblings, Murray Lush, Pearl Whitfield and Florence Oliver; and his siblings-in-law, Clarence Whitfield, Don Oliver and Virginia Wiley.
He is survived by: his friend Alice Farrell; his children, Scott Lush (Lindsay) and Stacey Hawkins (Matt); his grandchildren, Paige, Layla and Hudson; his brothers-in-law, Kevin Wiley (Anne) and Kenneth Wiley; his sibling's children, Deb Oliver-Latendre (Ray), Diane Oliver (Dennis), Kelly Plater (D'Arcy) and Colin Wiley (Shiori); and his brother Ronald Lush (Linda). He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
