She was predeceased by: her husband Alvin Hermer; her son Perry; her parents, Catherine Rowe and John Brodhagen; her stepfather Harold Rowe; and her stepsisters, Mary and Carol.
She is survived by: her children, Bertie (Alberta), Nugent (Edward), Dale (Coleen), Gregory, Michael (Corinna) and Jeffrey (Cecilia); and her stepsiblings, George, Margaret, David, Richard, Barbara and Linda. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
