He was predeceased by: his children, Elsa, Nelson, Filomena (Hamilton), Carlos, Luisa and Mark (Tracey).

He is survived by: his wife Fernanda Cabral; his grandchildren, Eric, Veronica, Destiny, Lucas, Krystal, Monica, Anthony, Ryan, Dylan, Hannah, Zachary, Jayden, Chris and Marcel; and his great grandchildren, Ethan, Elsa, Taylor, Arrlyan, Issiah, Malaya and Peyton.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Corbett Funeral Home (95 Dundas St N, Cambridge, ON N1R5N6). A rosary will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Fatima RC Church (185 Elgin St S, Cambridge, ON N1R7C8).
