He was predeceased by: his father Henrique Medeiros Lima; his siblings, Jose Pereira Mederios of California and Angelina Pereira Bazido (Jose) of Santa Barbara; and his granddaughter Jolie Amber Medeiros of Kitchener. He is survived by: his children, John (Patricia), Henry (Stacy), Bill, Vincent, Connie Boomer (Paul), Linda Bradley (Stephen) and Jessie Gowing (Bill); his grandchildren, Stephanie (Mike), Lindsey (Ryan), Jocelyn, Victoria (Brad), Mason, Madison, Alex, Brigette, Ava and Jack Henrique; his great grandchildren, Lucas, Leah, Lola Manhattan, Halle, Rohen, Ayla, Leighton and Mac; and his siblings, Encarnacao Medeiros Botelho (late Manuel) of Cambridge, Carmo Pereira Medeiros of Santa Barbara and Guilherme Pereira Medeiros of Hamilton. He is also survived by his nieces, nephew, extended family and friends.
