As Herbert departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Herbert. Though Herbert may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his wife Frances; and his son Michael. He is survived by: his son John (Marilyn); and his daughter-in-law Trudy.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 28th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the T. Little Funeral Home & Cremation Centre (223 Main St, Cambridge, ON N1R1X2). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, May 29th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the South Waterloo Naval Veterans Association (30 Cambridge St, Cambridge, ON N1R3R7).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Building Fund at Saint Luke's Place.
