He is survived by: his daughters, Rhonda Townes (Andy) and Sandra Dixon; his grandchildren, Amanda, Rachel, Khalehla and Isaac; and his sisters, Donna Bourque, Mary Hall and Carole Giasson. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, and friends.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
If so desired, memorial donations in Hughie's name made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Canadian Mental Health Association would be appreciated by his family.
