She is survived by: her children, Silvino Freitas (Natalie), José Pedro Freitas (Shawna), Maria Eugénia (Antonino Resendes), Manuel Freitas (Fátima), Lucia (Francisco Pinto), Luís Freitas (Chantel) and Linda Freitas. She is also survived by her 18 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
