He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Kuchma and Anastasia Kuchma; his son Jeff (Michelle); and his grandson Shane. He is survived by: his wife Stella; his children, Rick (Janice), Terri (late Scott), Randy (Lesley), Rob (Susan) and Jackie (Larry); his grandchildren, Jill (Dave), Tyler (Diane), Derrick (Jackie), Jordan (Jenna), Justin (Morgan), Josh (Victoria), Sarah, Bella, Lara, Jenna (Carl), Jack (Rachel) and Emma (Riley); his great grandchildren, Lucas, Audrey, Natalie, Hailey, Carter, Maverick, Broderick, Theo, Wesley and Alden; his siblings, Stephanie, Emily, Peter, Ed, Russell, Nick and William; and his sisters-in-law, Anne and Jenny. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
