We are sad to announce that on November 1, 2021, at the age of 21, Jack Leachman in Cambridge, Ontario passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jack Leachman to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Wayne Leachman and Gaetan Tyo. He is survived by : his parents, Derek Leachman and Lisa Treleaven (Ted); his siblings, Eden Leachman and Jude Treleaven; and his grandparents, Karen, Marion Davis, Brian and Joy Treleaven. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, cousins and many close friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Ray of Hope – Youth 180.
