He is survived by: his wife Rosita; his children, Patricia Kikkert (Paul) and Joseph Tjepkema; his grandchildren, Engelina, Kase Kikkert and Dominick Tjepkema; and his sisters, Sara Hamilton and Theodora Beaupré (John). He is also survived by his extended family and many friends.
