Jake Vautour Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jake Vautour of Cambridge, Ontario, who passed away on January 1, 2023 at the age of 20. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Marty Myerscough, Jill Kolaritsch and Vern Vautour. He is survived by: his parents, Jenn Rahn Vautour (Adam Stewart) and Matt Vautour (Kristine Reed); his brother Logan Vautour; and his grandfather Rick Rahn. He is also survived by his many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Jake's honour can be made to Porchlight Counselling & Addictions Services, Cambridge or OneROOF Youth Services, Kitchener.
