He was predeceased by: his parents, George Henry Hall and Helen Dinah Turnbull of Stratford; and his sister Jacqueline Margaret Hall of Stratford. He is survived by: his wife Beverley Jane Hall (Macaulay); his children, Jamie (Meghan), Jennifer, Andrew (Katie) and Monica Hankins (Steve); and his grandchildren, Sophie, Kane, Isabel, Sadie, Gabriel and Benjamin.
