She was predeceased by: her parents, James Rose and Lillian Retford; and her siblings, Edward, Abner, David and Mildred.

She is survived by: her spouse Thomas Gill; her children, Blair (Penny) and Jeremy (Jackie); her grandchildren, Rachel (Abdul), Zechariah, Josiah (Courtney), Austin and Ethan; and her siblings, Lillian, Violet, James and Ruth. She is also survived by the many brother and sister-in-laws.
