He was predeceased by: his parents, Joaquim and Julia (Almeida); and his sister Teresa. He is survived by: his children, Sandra (Emanuel), Gary and Angela (Michael); his grandchildren, Veronica, Justine, Cristiano, Mattias, Brianne and Luca; and his siblings, Antonio, Celeste and Julia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
