He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna and Jan; and his brother Ted (late Joyce Chornaby). He is survived by: his wife Pauline; his daughter Alana; and his siblings, Jan (late Edward Bass) and Walt.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cambridge Memorial Hospital as an expression of sympathy.
