He was predeceased by: his son Jamie. He is survived by: his significant other Pam; his children, Lori (Jim), Greg and Chris; his daughter-in-law Shelley; and his grandchildren, Jeremy (Kim), Bradley (Laura), Ashley (Steve), Brittany (Nick), Keighly Ashlyn (Blair), Skye and Cassie. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
