He was predeceased by : his parents, Ernest Deamer and Doris Deamer; his siblings, Ronald Deamer (Margaret) and Dianne O'Donnell (Barry); his stepson Ken Graham; and his brother-in-law Rick Dietrich.

He is survived by : his wife Donna Deamer; his children, Lucky Deamer (Robert Johnston), Karen Mather (Patrick) and Kim Cook (Jim Small); his stepdaughter Terri Campbell; his siblings, Harry Deamer and Susie Hibbit (Gerald); and his parents-in-law, Pauline Dietrich, John Dietrich, Bernice Muller (Pat), Art Dietrich (Marion) and Dan Dietrich (Mark).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made directly to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, The Cancer Society or the Kidney Foundation as expressions of sympathy.
