He was predeceased by: his parents, Terrance Doll and Barbara Doll; his brother Les Doll; and his sister-in-law Michelle Forde. He is survived by: his significant other Ingrid Forde Doll; his children, Rachel Grawey (Stephen) of London and Shannon Doll of Cambridge, Ontario; his siblings, David Doll, Gregory Doll (Jackie) and Chyril Doll (Brent McRae); his brother-in-law Roger Forde (Julie) of Port Moody, BC.; and his siblings' children, Michael and Griselda Forde. He is also survived by his numerous extended family and friends.
Donations made to the Grand River Regional Cancer Centre or the Calvary Assembly Encore Ministry for Seniors in memory of Jon would be appreciated by the family.
