He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Ana Ferreira (Da Silva); his sons, Joel of Cambridge, Jason (Nivea) of Cambridge and Eric of Cambridge; his grandchildren, Jayda, Madison and Roman; and his siblings, Jorge (Helena) of Brantford, Odete (Carlos), Elizabeth (Jorge) of Cambridge and Paula (Casimiro) of Portugal.
