He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank and Maria. He is survived by: his wife Dawn; his daughters, Krystal (Craig) and Deanna (Sean); and his grandchildren, Conner and Kaylee. He is also survived by his extended family including his brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, nieces and nephews.
