He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary German Levai and Joseph Levai. He is survived by: his wife Annette Levai; his daughter Janet Levai; his siblings, Steve Levai (Mary) and Theresa Pongracz (John); and his siblings' children, Brian, Barb (Paul), Lisa and Steve. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
