She was predeceased by: her sibling Marion Dougall. She is survived by: her close friend Anthony Kramer; her sister Susan Nuber; her parents, Norman Mills and Lucy Mills; her sibling Jane Einwechter (Kingston); her children, Luanne MacPherson (Greg) and Scott Kramer (Alison); and her grandchildren, Shawn MacPherson (Brittany), Sam MacPherson (Danielle) and Brayden Kramer.
Donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation in memory of Noreen.
