She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Bolender and Blanche Bolender; and her brother-in-law Geoffrey Vero. She is survived by: her children, Gordon Hanlan (Nancy) and Elizabeth Gawel (Mark); her grandchildren, Meloney, Miles Hanlan, Brittany and Brandon Gawel; her significant other Fraser MacKenzie; and her sisters, Shirley Vero and Lynn Markle (Harold). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends, especially her friends.
