She was predeceased by: her parents, Marie DeFazio and Al DeFazio; her siblings, Larry, Gloria and Maureen; and her parent-in-law Pricilla.

She is survived by: her spouse Dave; her child David (Nicole); her grandchildren, Melyna, Vanessa, Bella and Dutchess; her siblings, Valarie and Marie; and her siblings-in-law, Glen, Cindy and Karen. She is also survived by her extended family, friends.
