He was predeceased by: his wife Louise Adele Reeve. He is survived by: his children, Jacquie (Randy Goforth) and Georgette Leyser (Brian Hayter); the mother of his children Patricia Warrell; his siblings, Barbara and Peter of England; and his friend Les Kiss. He is also survived by nieces and one nephew.

In lieu of flowers, donations made to either the Cambridge Memorial Hospital, Canadian Cancer Society, Cambridge Humane Society or a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
