He is survived by : his wife Theresa Jacques; his children, Amber, Hollie and Nick; his stepchildren, Lindsay Gammon (Brody) and Jesse Gammon (Katie); his grandchildren, Lou, Victor and Erin; and his brothers, Rick (Pam), Mark (Paula) and Greg.
