He was predeceased by: his parents, Muriel Cooke and James Cooke; and his sister Deborah. He is survived by: his siblings, Susan (late Bill) and Andrew (Lee-Anne); his nieces and nephews, Chad (Laura), Paige (Matt), Megan (Attila) and Jordan (Lauren); and his great-niece Paisley. He is also survived by his extended family and many friends.
