She was predeceased by: her husband James Leach Jr.; her parents, Henry O'Krafka and Edith (Carr); and her siblings, William O'Krafka (Lorraine), Harry O'Krafka (Helen), Joseph O'Krafka (Eileen), Franklin O'Krafka and Edith Rickert (Willard).
She is survived by: her children, Jean Kent (Roy) of Hespeler, ON and Richard Leach (Claire) of Fredericton, N. B.; her grandsons, David Kent (Jen) of Cambridge, ON and Dominic Leach (Sandee) of Fredericton, N. B.; her great grandchildren, Megan, Samantha Dene, Jordyn, Griffen Kent, Alexandrea and Rogan Leach; and her sister Bess Slater (Robert) of Goderich, ON.. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations made to St. James' Anglican Church or the Salvation Army would be appreciated by the family.
