He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Pedro and Maria (Conceição Benevides); and his sister Maria Evelina. He is survived by: his significant other Laudalina; his children, Ana (Paul), Dina (Gary), Suzette (Dean) and Gary (Lynn); his grandchildren, Kennith (Gabriella), Ceidre (Scott), Logan, Jaden (Jake), Makaela, Kylie (Tyson), Avery (Austin), Keegan, Olivia, Keira, Owen and Brody; his great grandchildren, Maesie and Cruz; and his brother-in-law Jose Francisco. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
