She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick Evans and Nora Evans; and her siblings, Felix Evans, Mary Stark, John Evans, Leonard Evans, Kay Bradley, Jim Evans and Ellen Dyer.
She is survived by: her spouse Roy; her children, Douglas Smith (Kim), Lisa Smith and Julie Walton (Chris); her grandchildren, Kayla, Alicia, Courtney, Eric, Michael, Nick and Leah; and her great grandchild Connor. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
