She was predeceased by: her husband Jose Bento; her granddaughter Tracy Lynn Baker; and her siblings, Jose Cabral (Adrianna) and Diamantina Cabral (Joao Cabral). She is survived by: her children, Rosa Maria Afonso (George), Zelia Maria Chaves (late Antonio D. Chaves), Carlos Jorge Afonso (Ana) and Eulalia Broaders; her grandchildren, Derek Chaves (Maura), Bobby Broaders (Carrie) and Jessica Afonso (Alex); her great grandchildren, Gracen, Brianna and Isla; and her godson Jose Bento Afonso. She is also survived by extended family, and friends.
As an expression of sympathy, donations made to Innisfree House, would be greatly appreciated by the family.
