It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maria Ameila Lopes (Cambridge, Ontario), who passed away on June 4, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Manuel Lopes; and her daughters, Maria Fatima Furtado and Adelina Magalhaes (Fernando). She is survived by: her children, Jose Lopes (Lubelia), Carlos Lopes (Michelle Pearson), Liduino Lopes (Shawn Wagstaff-Lopes) and Natalia Lopes (Brian Barry); and her child-in-law Jose Furtado. She is also survived by her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
