She was predeceased by: her husband Joao Pereira Lima; her parents, Mariano Azevedo and Maria Garcia Azevedo; and her daughter Maria Guiomar Lima. She is survived by: her children, Joao Herberto Lima, Eulalia Chaves (Lia) and Luis Lima (Lou); her grandchildren, Joey, Jason (Janice), Pedro, Dianna (Ben), Alex and Nick; and her great grandchildren, Aliyah, Logan, Jayden, Lucas, Julian, Alison and Juniper. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
