She was predeceased by: her husband William "Bill" Tebay Franks; and her son William "Bill" Douglas Franks. She is survived by: her children, Ron Franks (Sue) and Janet Burley (Mark); and her daughter-in-law Barb Franks. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
