He was predeceased by: his parents, Valmer Kelly and Ann Kelly; and his siblings, Fraser, Mike, Ray and Bernard Kelly.

He is survived by: his close friend Teresa Johnston; and his siblings, Lynn Townes (Francis), Valarie Whitelaw (Howard), Ann Moziondz (Ben), Pat Kelly (Karen), Matt Kelly (Liz), Wilma Thompson (Pat) and Steve Kelly (Anne). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.

As expressions of sympathy, donations made in Mark's memory to the Cambridge Memorial Hospital Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
