We are sad to announce that on October 9, 2025, at the age of 79, Maurice Hector Cormier (Cambridge, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Germaine Cormier and Albert Cormier; his wife Marie Colette Cormier; his children, Michelle, Laura (Kwame), David (Carly) and Marc-Andre (Karyn); his grandchildren, Evangeline, Nova Winter and Rowan; his brothers, Ronald (Sharon), Claude (Susan) and Patrick (Doris); his siblings-in-law, Leola Allard, Burt, Vernon Doucet, Claudia Cormier, Jules, Louis Doucet, Connie, Rosemarie, Armand Doucet (Pamela), Armande Cliche and Andre; and his aunt Claire Clement. He was also cherished by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Clement's Roman Catholic Church (745 Duke St, Cambridge, ON N3H3T7).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, Knights of Columbus, or Gideons International.
