It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Meredith Anne Patrick (Cambridge, Ontario), born in Burlington, Ontario, who passed away on May 17, 2020, at the age of 40, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Judy Patrick and Bob Patrick. She is survived by: her children, Kylie and Madison; her siblings, Allison and Stew Gerber of Alberta; and her nephew Wyatt. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
