He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Sean (Sandra), Tyler (Leah), Amanda (James) and Kristina (Mike); his grandchildren, Julia, Hannah, Alison, Melanie, Brianna, Jayden, Brandon, Diandra and Vaughan; and his sister Robin (Larry). He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mike's memory to Lisaard House.
