He was predeceased by: his parents, Kelly Legendre and Janie McClelland; his siblings, Frances Pereria, Mary Ann Pierson and Paul Legendre; and his niece Marki Rodriguez.
He is survived by: his children, Charles Legendre, Cheri Legendre Abbot and Melissa Legendre.
