He was predeceased by: his father Everitt Swan. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl-Lynn Swan (Green); his stepchildren, Christina Bender (Mike) and Emanuel Chaves; his grandchildren, Emmerich Bender and Maverick Bender; his mother Patricia Swan (Zimmerman); and his sisters, Marian Wilkinson (Robert) and Gwen Schultz (Kelly). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society.
