She was predeceased by: her parents, Milan Grizelj and Kata Grizelj; her siblings, Vinko (Maca) and Radojka (late Kreso); her brother-in-law Mirko (Susan); and her friend John.
She is survived by: her spouse Slobodan; her children, Susan Borges (Joe) and Stephen (Andrea); her grandchildren, Tereza, Joshua Borges, Adam and Andrew Eljuga; her siblings, Ljuba (late Kreso), Zora (late Damnjan), Marija (Ante) and Ante (Anka); and her cousins, Drinovci, Hercegovina, Imotski, Split and Zagreb Croatia. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Society of Canada and the Heart and Stroke Foundation, honouring Mila's memory and her commitment to helping others.
