With sadness, we share the passing of Peter Millar (Cambridge, Ontario). Peter, born on January 3, 1942, passed away on August 8, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his sister Doreen Neamtu; his girlfriend Lavonne Banz; his wife Judy Millar; his parents, Henry Millar (Harry) and Isabella Gordon Millar; and his sister Rachael.
He is survived by: his children, Allison Cann (Andrew), Michael Millar (Kelly) and Adam Millar (Linda); his grandchildren, Deleah Sweet, Isabella Cann, Olivia Cann and Carson Moore; his great grandchildren, Sophia Millar, Charlotte Millar and Alexandra Millar; and his sister Aquitania.
A memorial gathering will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Royal Canadian Legion – Branch 272 (26 Schofield St, Cambridge, ON N3C1Y3).
In memory of Peter, donations can be made to the Cambridge Memorial Hospital Foundation, the Grand River Cancer Centre Foundation or the Saint Luke's Place Building Campaign.
