She is survived by: her children, Harbhajan Dhesi (late Sadhu Dhesi), Harbhajan Soomal (Gurpal), Malkit Soomal (Charanjit), Gurmit Thandi (Harcharanjit), Jaginder Soomal (late Shinder Soomal) and Bahadur Soomal (Minder). She is also survived by des 21 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
